Herbs, vitamins, supplements

There are as many methods of working with herbs as there are uses of them. 

You can use the same methods described below with supplements, with vitamins and with products for skin or hair care, etc.

1.  You can charge the tea for a few minutes with life force before drinking it. 

2.  You can put an herbal supplement or bulk herb onto a life force generator to charge the same substance when you ingest it.  This same method is useful in connection with products of skin care. Use the Rune of your choice for additional effect: FA to energize, UR for strength in general, etc.  

3.  You can charge products of skin care with life force before using it.  The time required changes depending on the device and amount charged.  Some people can feel it when the product is fully charged.  As a rule of thumb:  Any small container will be charged after 1/2 hour when you put it in front of a JU 99 CE or, ideally, on the well of the EPG 2400 AO

4.  Dissolve supplements in water that has been charged with life force and ingest them with this water.

Devices recommended:  JU 99 CE 7.83Hz or stronger devices, especially the EPG 2400 AO
